Assembly Service/Packaging removal £20 (including VAT)

Whilst some products are easier to assemble than others, the biggest benefits of this service are:

1. Hassle free installation

The delivery team will bring the item(s) to the room, then unwrap and assemble. Leaving you to relax! They will then place the assembled item(s) where directed.

2. Packaging removal (and recycling where possible)

There is a lot of packaging with these products, both plastic and cardboard. It is bulky, hence why we need industrial sized bins at our depot. However, with this service selected we will remove all the packaging and try our best to recycle what we can back at our base.

Disclaimers:

Please note our team reserve the right to decline this service upon arrival. Examples of reasons why they may do, include but are not limited to:
1) cluttered floors/access not being safe for them to move through with heavy items.
2) The destination for the assembled item not being cleared.
3) Residence showring signs of (or know to have symptoms of) Covid-19.
4) No adequate parking available for the delivery vehicle while assembly is in progress.

Please also note, that we can only assemble products purchased by us. With headboards, we cannot be responsible if the headboard you have ordered is the incorrect size (for example you have ordered a standard UK double size headboard to go with a European size bed base) or likewise we cannot be responsible if you are missing parts such as headboard bolts for your own bed base which was not purchased through us. However, please note our delivery team will always try their best to leave you satisfied with your service.
